With OpenWater, Support is Simple Again

At OpenWater, one of our foremost values is simplicity and ease of use. That’s why when you turn to our support team for the assistance you need, we’re always there to keep your organization and awards program headed in the right direction.

As a Supported Administrator, you have access to unlimited customer support via email and in-
app messaging from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. This means that no matter your preferred method of communication, we’re available to handle bumps in the road (or major hurdles) regardless of when or how often they occur.

Are you a Supported Administrator that needs assistance now? Here’s additional information about how to use either email or the in­app messenger to get in touch with our team.

Email

You can contact your awards consultant directly via email. If your typical awards consultant is unavailable for any reason, you’re not out of luck! 

Instead, we’ll have another member of our support team step in to ensure you receive the assistance you need when you need it most.

In­App Messenger

If you’re on the OpenWater platform and encounter a problem, the in­app messenger is a great way to reach out to your Lead Awards Consultant! In fact, the small “?” icon at the bottom right corner of your screen is the direct connection to the assistance you need.

After clicking on the icon, a chat window will open where you can resolve any issues you’re having. It’s as simple as that.

Remember: Whether you use email or the in­app messenger for your requests, your needs are always sent directly to your awards consultant and are routed to the same inbox. This leaves it entirely up to you which method of communication works best for your processes and preferences!
